<p>21km. WE le 08/10/16. Boucle dans sens horaire. Départ Camping du Bac Ménil. Boucle traversant les trois communes de St Fort -Azé - Ménil. Au départ, chemins creux en direction de Chemazé puis voie verte jusqu'aux abords de Chateau-Gontier, retour en suivant le chemin de halage en rive droite de la Mayenne.</p>
