Départ parking près du parc de loisirs, Bel Air, Rive gauche de la Sarthe à partir du pont à l'entrée de St Léonard, la Joussière, le Haut Fouché; Roches du Sphinx, parking, la Chênaie, les Gonteries, la Touzelière, le Pont, centre du bourg de St Céneri, cimetière, Chapelle (pause déjeuner), rive de la Sarthe, centre du bourg, D144, Sarthon, Trotté, passerelle, cote 156, GR 36, le Val, rive de la Sarthe, le Gasseau, parking.</p>
