      Parcours fusion du parcours départ des Michels (27km avec la pif paf) et de Peynier (23km avec le pas de la Couelle).
Parking à Peynier en contrebas de la route de Trets
Attention au 8km prendre le sentier raide montant à gauche plutôt que le sentier en face retour  utilisé pour la descente.
La première partie du single pif paf (la meilleure) est parcourue pour, au croisement avec la piste, prendre ensuite en face un autre single encore plus technique.
