Départ du parking des Arnauds (sur chemin de Lachal) 45.03083,5.75632 - 31T 717 124, 4990 072 Longer les Touches N, rejoindre Sagnat (1280), Combe Chaude (côteau du Connest) Sud Sommet de Beauregard 1632m, rejoindre P1513 qui est le point de retour sur les Arnauds en passant le clos de l'oiseau au P1263 (la source) puis parking
