      Au départ et à l'arrivée de la rotonde Stalingrad, un parcours tout plat ou presque qui démarre par la piste du canal de l'Ourcq, monte vers l'Oise, passe par les forêts de Lamorlaye et de Montmorency pour finir par l'Île Saint Denis.
Possibilité de ravitaillement à Saint Witz (boulangerie et supérette sur la trace) au km 50. Pique-nique possible aux étangs de Comelle, km 64, ou déjeuner au chaud à Lamorlaye, km 69.
