      Attention aux 2 petits detours pour aller chercher les 2 premiers cols
OPTION descente depuis THEYS => 1700 m de denivelé<
OPTION  avce COL de BARIOZ 2100 m de D+ Le col de Barioz est difficile en fin de parcours.
Retour possible depuis Goncelin par V63, plus calme  mais sur revêtement dégradé>
 Ou par ligne droite directe Tencin Froges Brignoud,... circulant et roulant
